Directions
In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds and chopped garlic. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
Cut the peeled vegetables into cubes – peppers and onions.
Cut the chicken into small cubes.
Beat egg whites in a bowl with starch. Add chicken meat to the resulting mixture, mix, salt and pepper.
Heat some oil in a large frying pan, put vegetables in the pan. Fry over medium heat until soft.
Transfer the vegetables fried to softness from the pan to a plate, and put the chicken in the pan. Fry over medium heat until the chicken is golden brown.
When the chicken is covered with a small crust (more precisely, not the chicken itself, but the starchy batter enveloping it), add the fried vegetables, as well as fresh chopped green onions.
30 seconds after joint frying of chicken and vegetables, add sesame sauce to the pan.
Cook the chicken with vegetables in the sauce for about 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens, then remove from the heat and serve immediately. Best served with rice
