Ingredients

  • 6 wrap (s), large
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil
  • Herbs, mixed, frozen

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small cubes.
  2. Place the cubes in a bowl with a splash of oil, salt, pepper, paprika powder, and mixed frozen herbs.
  3. Refrigerate the marinated chicken while you prepare the wraps (at least 10 minutes).
  4. Mix the cream cheese with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and mixed frozen herbs.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each of the 6 wraps and top each with iceberg lettuce.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the marinated chicken cubes for 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  7. Let the chicken cool for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Place the cooled chicken on top of the lettuce on each wrap.
  9. Roll each wrap tightly.
  10. Secure each wrap with 4-5 toothpicks.
  11. Cut each wrap into small rolls using a sharp knife.
