Ingredients

  • 3 packs chicory
  • butter
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Clean the chicory and remove the bitter part, add salted water and cook the chicory in it until firm to the bite.
  2. Scatter breadcrumbs in a baking dish and place a layer of chicory on top. Pull the chicory apart a little so that it fills the shape a little. And then again spread breadcrumbs and a few flakes of butter on top and so on.
  3. Finally, again breadcrumbs and a few flakes of butter, so that the whole thing is not so boring.
  4. Then put the whole thing in the oven at 200 degrees until the butter has melted nicely.
  5. A green salad goes well with it.
