Ingredients

  • 250 g douh (shortcrust pastry)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 chicory
  • 150 g quark
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 70 g blue cheese
  • salt
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler or Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry thinly and lay it out in a low round shape with a diameter of approx. 28 cm. Cover with baking paper and add dry legumes or rice to weigh down. Put in the oven and prebake for about 10 minutes.
  3. Combine the quark, sour cream, egg and blue cheese in a large bowl. Mash the blue cheese with a fork so that it mixes well with the other ingredients.
  4. Clean the chicory and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Put the butter in a pan and cook the chicory in it. Pour off the liquid and mix with the other ingredients in the bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  5. Place on the pre-baked dough, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for another 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
