- 250 g douh (shortcrust pastry)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 chicory
- 150 g quark
- 100 ml sour cream
- 1 egg (s)
- 70 g blue cheese
- salt
- 150 g cheese (Emmentaler or Gouda), rated

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Roll out the shortcrust pastry thinly and lay it out in a low round shape with a diameter of approx. 28 cm. Cover with baking paper and add dry legumes or rice to weigh down. Put in the oven and prebake for about 10 minutes.
- Combine the quark, sour cream, egg and blue cheese in a large bowl. Mash the blue cheese with a fork so that it mixes well with the other ingredients.
- Clean the chicory and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Put the butter in a pan and cook the chicory in it. Pour off the liquid and mix with the other ingredients in the bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Place on the pre-baked dough, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for another 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
