Ingredients
- 200 g ham, diced
- 500 g chicory
- 500 ml water
- 2 teaspoons broth, instant
- 200 g processed cheese

- Fry the ham cubes in hot fat, add the finely chopped chicory and sauté for 5 minutes. Fill up with water and add stock powder, bring to the boil briefly and allow the processed cheese to melt in it.
- Makes a good starter.
