Ingredients

  • 200 g ham, diced
  • 500 g chicory
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons broth, instant
  • 200 g processed cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry the ham cubes in hot fat, add the finely chopped chicory and sauté for 5 minutes. Fill up with water and add stock powder, bring to the boil briefly and allow the processed cheese to melt in it.
  2. Makes a good starter.
