  • 4 chicory
  • 2 egg (s)

  • 2 tablespoon vinegar

  • 100 ml sweet cream

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicory and cut into strips, then soak in cold water for about 30 minutes. Hard boil the eggs, separate the eggs. Mash the egg yolks with the vinegar and oil and add the spices, mustard and cream. Chop the egg white and add to the sauce. Now add the well-drained chicory pieces.
