Ingredients
- 300 g chicory
- 300 g apples, (preferably red-cheeked)
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
- 0.5 ½ cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoon herbs, fresh (dill, chives or parsley)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- 16 cashews, walnuts or others

- Mix the yogurt and sour cream and prepare a salad dressing with the honey, mustard, herbs, salt and lemon juice.
- Cut the chicory into 0.5 cm wide strips and then wash (possibly scald over because of the bitter substances, if desired). Wash the apples (preferably red-cheeked) and finely dice with the skin. Mix both with the salad sauce.
- Fill into portion bowls and sprinkle the finely chopped nuts on top.
