Ingredients
- 2 m. Chicory
- 2 small apples, sweet ones
- 10 walnuts, finely chopped
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth or
- Coriander greens, finely chopped
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill

- Cut the chicory into strips. Dice the apples and drizzle with the lemon juice. Mix the other ingredients into a marinade.
- Mix everything together well. Serve immediately so that the vital substances are not lost.
