Ingredients
- 2 m. Chicory
- 3 tablespoon yogurt, low-fat
- 3 tablespoon Miracel Whip (or mayonnaise)
- salt and pepper
- 100 g nuts with raisins (trail mix)

- Mix the yoghurt and the Miracel Whip into a salad dressing and season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the lower part of the chicory and possibly (if bitter) the lower part of the chicory. Cut the chicory into fine strips.
- Mix the salad dressing, chicory and trail mix.
