Ingredients
- 500 g chicory
- 200 g crabs
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 bunch dill
- salt and pepper

- Clean the chicory, cut in half, cut out the bitter stalk and cut into 1 cm thick slices
- Mix the chicory in a bowl with the shrimp, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and the remaining lemon juice
- Chop the dill and stir into the mayonnaise, season again with salt and pepper.
