Ingredients
- 3 chicory, approx. 500 g
- 1 pear (s), quarters, pitted, thin slices
- 2 apples, red-skinned, quarters, pitted, fine slices
- 250 ml kefir
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 ½ tablespoon honey
- 75 g walnuts, crumbled
- pepper
- salt

- Remove the stalk from the chicory in a wedge shape, set aside a few leaves for decoration. Cut the remaining chicory crosswise into strips, mix with the pear and apple slices.
- Make a sauce from kefir, lemon juice, honey and walnuts, season it heartily with salt and pepper and mix with the salad ingredients.
