  • 300 gr. very fresh salmon fillet, skinless, cut into 1.5 cm cubes;
  • ¼ sweet red pepper, cut into small 0.5 cm cubes;
  • ¼ red onion, cut into small 0.5 cm cubes;
  • 1 celery stalk, diced into small 0.5 cm cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon dry garlic;
  • 1 cm of ginger, finely grated in mashed potatoes;
  • 0.5 pod of green hot pepper, diced into
  • small 0.5 cm cubes;
  • juice of 2 limes;
  • salt;
  • 1 ripe mango, cut into 1.5 cm cubes
  • 1-2 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Pour the pieces of salmon with lime juice and leave for 15 minutes.

  1. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add the salmon along with the lime juice. Season with salt and olive oil to taste.
  2. Mix gently.
  3. Let stand for 30 minutes and serve.
