  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g ham, diced
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper
  • little oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven. Fry the minced meat with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Then add the ham cubes and fry with them.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese, chilli sauce and cream in a bowl with a whisk. Add the minced meat and ham mixture and stir well. Then distribute the whole thing evenly in a baking dish.
  3. Now everything has to be in the oven for about 15-25 minutes. Everything is ready when it starts to bubble easily. I always eat herbal baguette with it, but rice and noodles also go well with it.
