- 3 chilli pepper (s), red, dried
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 250 g wheat flour
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon oil, (cili garlic oil or olive oil)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- some water

- Remove the seeds from the chili peppers. Finely chop the chilli peppers. Clean the garlic and chop very finely.
- Sieve the flour onto the work surface. Make a hollow in the middle. Put the remaining ingredients in the well. Carefully make a pasta dough with a fork from the middle. To do this, mix more and more flour with the egg mixture. Work in some water if necessary.
- Let the pasta dough rest for half an hour, then process as desired.
