Chili Pork

Do you like spicy things? Then the recipe for pork with chili is for your attention. In fact, you can cook any meat according to this recipe, but it is good pork that is best combined with chili.

Ingredients

  • Pork – 700 Grams
  • Spices – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Chili Pepper – 150 Grams
  • Onions – 1/2 Pieces
  • Garlic – 7 Cloves
  • Oil – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Pieces of pork (I had it on the bone, but you can also sprinkle the fillet) with spices on all sides.
  2. Fry the pork over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, then put in a baking dish and send to the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Fry finely chopped onions in a pan where the meat was fried.
  4. Add chopped chili peppers into thin rings. Fry over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  5. Combine baked meat and softened chili peppers in a pan. Fry together for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat and serve.
  6. Serve the pork with a little chili. Done!
