Beef – 750 Grams
Ginger – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
Onion – 1 Piece
Corn – 1 Piece (canned, in a jar)
Sugar – 1 Tbsp. spoon (brown)
Birdsye Chili – 2-3 Pieces
Garlic – 3 Pieces
Thai curry paste – 2 Tbsp spoons
Pepper – 1 Piece (green, chop)
Pepper – 1 Piece (red, chop)
Bamboo shoots – 220 Grams
Fish sauce – 1
Beef Broth – 125 Milliliters
Oil – 1 Piece

Cut the meat into small strips, chop the garlic cloves, chop the ginger, chop the pepper, and mix everything with the curry paste in a bowl.
Add canned corn from a can, pour in 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of water and mix. Place in microwave for 3 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meat.
When the meat is done, remove from the pan and set aside. Put chopped onion in the same pan and fry for 3 minutes over medium heat. You will need to add some more oil.
When the onion turns golden, add the bell peppers, corn, bamboo shoots and fry in boiling oil for 5 minutes.
Put the beef back in the pan. Add fish sauce, broth and sugar. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
