Chili thai Beef

Ingredients

  • Beef – 750 Grams
  • Ginger – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Corn – 1 Piece (canned, in a jar)
  • Sugar – 1 Tbsp. spoon (brown)
  • Birdsye Chili – 2-3 Pieces
  • Garlic – 3 Pieces
  • Thai curry paste – 2 Tbsp spoons
  • Pepper – 1 Piece (green, chop)
  • Pepper – 1 Piece (red, chop)
  • Bamboo shoots – 220 Grams
  • Fish sauce – 1
  • Beef Broth – 125 Milliliters
  • Oil – 1 Piece

Directions

  2. Cut the meat into small strips, chop the garlic cloves, chop the ginger, chop the pepper, and mix everything with the curry paste in a bowl.
  3. Add canned corn from a can, pour in 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of water and mix. Place in microwave for 3 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meat.
  5. When the meat is done, remove from the pan and set aside. Put chopped onion in the same pan and fry for 3 minutes over medium heat. You will need to add some more oil.
  6. When the onion turns golden, add the bell peppers, corn, bamboo shoots and fry in boiling oil for 5 minutes.
  7. Put the beef back in the pan. Add fish sauce, broth and sugar. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
