  • 7 slices cheese (Gouda 1cm thick), same size as the neck steaks
  • 1 bottle chilli sauce or hot chilli sauce
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Season the neck steaks with salt and pepper. Layer the cheese and neck steaks alternately in a baking dish. Put the covered baking dish in the oven for 1 hour.
  2. Mix the chilli sauce and cream, pour onto the steaks after 1 hour and continue cooking for another half an hour. This goes well with rice and baguette.
