A simple recipe for noodles with cucumbers, Asian style. Chilled noodles marinated with vegetables in summer will perfectly fit into the gourmet diet.
Ingredients
Soba noodles or spaghetti – 320 g
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Green onions – 1 bunch
Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Aromatic vegetable oil (infused with spices)
Carrots (cut into strips)
Boiled eggs (chopped)
Directions
Boil the noodles (spaghetti) until tender, according to the instructions on the package. Rinse under cold water.
Put the noodles (spaghetti) in a large bowl, add soy sauce, chopped onion, chopped cucumber.
Send additives to your taste in a bowl (aromatic oil is required, and the rest of the additives are optional), mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well again.
Place a bowl of noodles (spaghetti) in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Then the chilled Asian cucumber noodles are ready. This dish can be kept/marinated in the refrigerator for up to three days.
