Chilled Asian Style Noodles

A simple recipe for noodles with cucumbers, Asian style. Chilled noodles marinated with vegetables in summer will perfectly fit into the gourmet diet.

Ingredients

  • Soba noodles or spaghetti – 320 g
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Green onions – 1 bunch
  • Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Aromatic vegetable oil (infused with spices)
  • Carrots (cut into strips)
  • Boiled eggs (chopped)

Directions

  1. Boil the noodles (spaghetti) until tender, according to the instructions on the package. Rinse under cold water.
  2. Put the noodles (spaghetti) in a large bowl, add soy sauce, chopped onion, chopped cucumber.
  3. Send additives to your taste in a bowl (aromatic oil is required, and the rest of the additives are optional), mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well again.
  4. Place a bowl of noodles (spaghetti) in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Then the chilled Asian cucumber noodles are ready. This dish can be kept/marinated in the refrigerator for up to three days.
