Chilled Asian Style Noodles

A simple recipe for noodles with cucumbers, Asian style. Chilled noodles marinated with vegetables in summer will perfectly fit into the gourmet diet.
Ingredients
- Soba noodles or spaghetti – 320 g
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Green onions – 1 bunch
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Aromatic vegetable oil (infused with spices)
- Carrots (cut into strips)
- Boiled eggs (chopped)
Directions
- Boil the noodles (spaghetti) until tender, according to the instructions on the package. Rinse under cold water.
- Put the noodles (spaghetti) in a large bowl, add soy sauce, chopped onion, chopped cucumber.
- Send additives to your taste in a bowl (aromatic oil is required, and the rest of the additives are optional), mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well again.
- Place a bowl of noodles (spaghetti) in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Then the chilled Asian cucumber noodles are ready. This dish can be kept/marinated in the refrigerator for up to three days.
