Asian Style Meatballs

Fragrant and juicy meatballs will really appeal to lovers of spicy food. The spicy combination of ginger and soy sauce gives the meatballs an indescribable flavor. And this recipe captivates with its simplicity!

Ingredients

  • Minced pork – 500 grams
  • Red hot pepper – 1 Piece (chili)
  • Green onions, bunch – 1 Piece
  • Ginger – 1 Piece (fresh, 2 cm)
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Soy sauce – 6 Tbsp. spoons (3 tbsp – in the sauce, 3 tbsp – in the minced meat)
  • Lemon juice – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Honey – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Vegetable oil – 4 Tbsp. spoons (1 tbsp – in the sauce, 3 tbsp – for frying)
  • Water – 1 Art. the spoon

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the sauce. Everything except minced meat.
  2. Chop half of the ginger and hot pepper with a knife.
  3. For the sauce, combine chopped ginger and hot peppers with honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, vegetable oil and boiled water.
  4. Grind the remaining hot peppers and ginger in a blender along with green onions, garlic and soy sauce.
  5. Add to the minced meat, mix.
  6. Roll 24 balls of minced meat.
  7. Fry them in hot oil, 3-4 minutes on each side.
  8. Pour sauce over the meatballs before serving.
