Asian Style Roast Beef

Delicate pieces of beef in a fragrant sauce with mushrooms and sweet green peppers, cooked in an Asian style, will delight even the most discerning gourmets.

Ingredients
- Beef – 500 g
- Champignon mushrooms – 250 g
- Sweet green pepper – 2 pcs.
- Onions – 150 g
- Green onion – 3 stalks
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Ginger (root) grated – 2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce – 100 ml
- Sugar – 2 teaspoon
- Corn starch – 2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
Directions
- Cut the meat into thin strips.
- Add soy sauce to the meat (leave 3 tablespoons for vegetables).
- Add 1 teaspoon sugar, cornstarch, 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cut the onions into thin strips.
- Cut the green pepper into thin strips, chop the garlic, grate the ginger.
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
- Preheat a frying pan, add 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the meat in two passes for 3 minutes over high heat. Place the meat from the pan into a bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoon. To the pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the onions for 1 minute over high heat.
- Add bell peppers and continue to fry over high heat for another 2 minutes.
- Add 3 tablespoon. To the pan. tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar, put the mushrooms, stir and fry for 1 minute over high heat, stirring constantly.
- Add garlic, ginger, stir and fry for 1 minute over high heat.Add meat, green onions to the pan and stir. Asian style beef is ready. Serve the beef with rice, pasta, or boiled potatoes. Bon appetit!
