Ingredients
- 1 port. Pizza dough, homemade (recipe in the database)
- 1 ½ tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 50 g mozzarella, rated
- 150 g beef, e.. from the hip
- 0.5 ½ paprika, orange or yellow, in strips
- 1 spring onion (s), cut into rings
- 0.25 ¼ small onion (s), red, cut into strips
- 1 chilli pepper (s)
- 1 mushroom
- Coriander green
- sesame

- Cut the mushroom into slices, cut a third of the chilli into rings, chop the rest. Cut the beef into strips.
- Briefly sear the beef strips in a little oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the pizza dough thinly on a floured surface. Mix the hoisin sauce with the sweet chili sauce and spread the mixture on the dough. Sprinkle 3/4 of the grated mozzarella on top. Cut the bell pepper and onion into strips, cut the spring onions into rings. Then spread the peppers, mushrooms, beef, all the chilli pieces, the onions, the spring onions and finally the rest of the cheese on top.
- It is best to bake the pizza on a heated pizza stone for about 5 to 7 minutes at 275 ° C (convection) until the dough is crispy.
- After baking, sprinkle with coriander greens and sesame seeds.
