Ingredients
- 3 half bell peppers, red, yellow, green
- 8 tomato (s), dried in oil
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 shallot (s)
- 1 splash lime juice
- 1 tablespoon, heaped tomato paste
- 1 gr. Glass mango juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce, hot
- salt and pepper

- Core, wash and cut the pepper halves and the chilli pepper into small pieces. Peel and chop the shallot and garlic. Also cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Now puree everything together with the other ingredients and season the dip again as required.
