Ingredients
- 1 packet feta cheese (approx. 200g)
- 2 tomato (s), dried
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste, (for the color)
- olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 chilli pepper (s)
- salt and pepper

- Crumble the feta and put it in a bowl with the olive oil and work it into a sticky paste - the amount of oil depends on the consistency of the feta, use more oil for the dryer and less for the wetter.
- Chop the garlic, tomatoes and chilies and mix in with the tomato paste and finally season with salt and pepper.
