Ingredients

  • 500 g poultry meat
  • 500 g bell pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 onion (s), cut into rings
  • 1 glass soybeans
  • 150 ml meat stock
  • soy sauce
  • Sambal Oelek
  • 250 g pasta, (vermicelli)
  • Worcester sauce
  • Oil (safflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Cut the poultry into cubes, marinate in a bowl with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for approx. 2 hours, fry in safflower oil in a wok, add onions and strips of paprika and fry.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and the bean sprouts and stir everything inside out for a few minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cook the vermicelli according to the instructions on the packet, drain and drain.
  4. Season the meat mixture in the wok with soy sauce and sambal oelek, pour in the stock, reduce briefly, add the noodles and mix in.
