Ingredients

  • 1 head Chinese cabbage
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped curry powder
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips and wash. Mix the oil (I use rapeseed oil), water, mustard, sugar and curry to a dressing and season with salt. Mix the dressing with the Chinese cabbage.
  2. The quantities can be varied according to taste. That`s how I like it best.
  3. Calorie saving version:
  4. Replace oil with water and use liquid sweetener instead of sugar.
