Ingredients

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 2 apples (Elstar)
  • 3 orange (s)
  • 2 lemon (s)
  • 3 tablespoon sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pinches pepper, fresh, from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • red wine vinegar, for more acidity

Instructions

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips, cut the apples into small cubes. Fillet 2 of the oranges and then cut into small pieces. Squeeze the lemons and 1 orange. Mix the juice with the oil, place in a glass bowl and season with salt and pepper. If you like it a bit more sour, you can stir in a little red wine vinegar. Mix the prepared ingredients well and sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
  2. The fruity salad tastes very good with casseroles, e.g. B Pasta casserole as it is very refreshing.
