Ingredients

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 500 g natural yourt
  • 150 g sour cream
  • some Milk
  • 1 lemon (s), the juice it
  • 2 tablespoon sugar (possibly more depending on your taste)
  • Herbs, mixed (e.g. lemon balm, dill or anything else from the garden), chopped
  • possibly milk

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the Chinese cabbage leaves, wash thoroughly, pat dry and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and chopped herbs (add some milk if necessary).
  3. Let it steep for about 1 hour and, depending on your taste, season again with lemon juice and sugar.
  4. Arrange the Chinese cabbage on plates, pour the sauce over them and serve immediately.
