Ingredients

  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • 3 sausages
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 300 ml Cremefine for cooking or cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 pinch (s) basil
  • 1 pinch (s) turmeric
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 1 squirt lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Chop the Chinese cabbage and onion into small pieces. Cut the sausages lengthways and peel them, then cut them into bite-sized pieces and fry them in the oil.
  2. After 3 minutes add the onion. After another 3 minutes, melt the butter in the pan and add the Chinese cabbage in portions (it will stew together).
  3. Let simmer for 5 minutes, then deglaze with the cremefine and simmer for a few minutes. Season to taste with the spices and lemon. Potatoes or rice go well with it.
