- 1 head Chinese cabbage
- 300 g minced meat
- salt and pepper
- soy sauce
- possibly sauce thickener

- Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips. Now fry the minced meat in a large saucepan, season with salt and pepper.
- Now add all of the Chinese cabbage, under no circumstances add liquid, the Chinese cabbage gives off a lot of water! Mix the Chinese cabbage with the minced meat. Cook with the lid closed on medium heat until the Chinese cabbage has collapsed and is soft.
- Now season with soy sauce to your taste, I especially like it when it tastes strongly of soy sauce. If there is still a lot of liquid in the pot, thicken it with a sauce thickener.
- Basmati or jasmine rice goes very well with this recipe, as they give the recipe a special touch due to the strong taste of its own.
