Ingredients

  • 2 m. Chinese cabbage
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 450 ml cream
  • 7 potato (s), not too big
  • 200 g cheese, rated, e.. Gouda
  • Broth, granular
  • fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • water

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
  2. Fry the onion in fat, deglaze with cream. Add the Chinese cabbage cut into strips, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and a little granular broth.
  3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes in an open saucepan, stirring occasionally. Then add the boiled potatoes to the cabbage.
  4. Grease the baking dish and put everything in it, sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
