Ingredients

  • 250 g penne
  • Water (salt water)
  • 2 medium carrot (s), cut into cubes
  • 1 zucchini, cut into cubes
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 1 medium onion (s), cut into not too small cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mixture (Chinese spice)
  • soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup vegetable broth, small cup
  • some oil
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), dried

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil and add the chilli pepper, let sizzle for about 3 - 4 minutes. Remove the chilli pepper again. First sweat the carrots in the flavored oil. Then add the onions and garlic and let them turn to glass.
  2. Season everything with a little salt, pepper and Chinese spices. Add the pepper cubes and fry for another 2 - 3 minutes. Finally add the zucchini and deglaze with soy sauce and vegetable stock and let it simmer a little.
  3. In the meantime, do not cook the pasta completely in the salted water, sieve it, mix it with the vegetables and let it steep for a few more minutes. Stir every now and then so that the noodles soak up the mixture! Finally season again with salt, pepper or soy sauce!
  4. Tip: A sweet chili sauce tastes good with it, but sour cream is also always very popular with my guests, as it softens the spiciness a little.
