Ingredients

  • 200 g bitter orane (s) (chinottos)
  • 100 g suar
  • 0.7 liters plum water
  • 3 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Quarter the chinottos and place them in a large bottle or mason jar with the sugar and mint leaves. Pour in the plum water and let the mixture steep in a cool, dark place for 2 to 3 months.
  2. Filter the liqueur through fine fabric. Pour into a decorative bottle and top with a few chinotto wedges and a mint leaf.
