Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chili (anchochili)
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sea salt
  • 150 g oat cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Clean the tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Roughly chop them.
  2. In a mortar, combine the chipotle peppers, anchochili, cane sugar, and sea salt. Grind for 1-2 minutes until finely ground.
  3. In a container, combine the chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and ground chipotle mixture.
  4. Use a hand blender to blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
  5. Stir in the oat cream cheese until fully incorporated. Serve.
