Ingredients
- 6 tomato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice, fresher
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon, heaped jalapeños (chipotle), smoked
- 1 teaspoon chili (anchochili)
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sea salt
- 150 g oat cream cheese

- Clean and chop tomatoes, onions and garlic. Add lemon juice and olive oil.
- Put the chipotle, anchochili, cane sugar and sea salt in a mortar and grind. Put all ingredients in a container and chop up with a hand blender. Then season with fresh goat cheese and serve with corn chips.
