Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), finely diced
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 60 ml water
  • 0.5 ½ cube soup
  • 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 3 tablespoon chives, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the onion with the wine, water and the soup cubes, allow to reduce.
  2. Cool, then add the creme fràiche and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper, finally fold in the cream.
