Chocolate Banana Bread

- Flour – 200 Grams
- Cocoa powder – 40 Grams
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Egg – 3 Pieces
- Sugar – 140 Grams
- Butter – 120 Grams
- Banana – 2 Pieces (100 g each)
Directions
- Prepare the food you need.
- Melt the butter, cool. Peel the banana, put in a bowl, mash until puree. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add to bananas, stir. Pour in melted butter, whisk.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into one bowl, stir. Add to the egg and banana mixture, stir with a spatula until smooth.

Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into a mold. Place the second banana on top, divided into 3 parts. Place the cake in a preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes at 180 ° C.
- Cool the finished chocolate-banana bread in the tin, then completely on the wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
