Instructions

Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl and stir until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients and stir in well with a mixer.
Tip: If you like the cake particularly light, you can separate the eggs and fold in the egg whites (but this is not necessary).
Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. In any case, do another test with chopsticks.
