Ingredients

  • 120 g chocolate, dark (e.. 70%)
  • 120 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 335 g flour, (type 405)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 60 g cocoa powder, (no instant)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate together. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Slowly add the butter-chocolate mixture while stirring.
  2. Mix the flour with baking powder, cocoa and salt and sift, mix in and knead into a dough. The dough should not stick and be easy to process.
  3. Divide the dough and shape into 2 sticks. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 175 ° C, hot air 150 ° C for approx. 25 minutes. Let the sticks cool down a little and cut into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Place the slices on the baking sheet and bake again at 125 ° C, hot air 100 ° C for 20 minutes. Let cool down.
