  • Confectionery fat (or butter) – 1 glass
  • Sugar – 2 cups
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoon
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder – 1 glass
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

For glaze:

  • Butter softened – 0.3333 cup
  • Powdered sugar – 3 cups
  • Cocoa powder – 0.3333 cup
  • Almond extract – ¼ teaspoon
  • Milk – 3-4 tbsp

  1. Beat the confectionery fat and sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Add vanilla. Combine the sifted flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the dry ingredients little by little into the oil mixture and stir the dough well until smooth.
  2. Form the dough into balls with a diameter of 3.5-4 cm (40-45 pieces) and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 175 degrees for 13-16 minutes. Cool the cookies on the wire rack.
  3. Combine butter, icing sugar, cocoa, and almond extract. Add milk (until desired glaze thickness). Pour the icing over the cookies.
