Ingredients

  • 1 packet butter
  • 12 tablespoon sugar, white
  • 12 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 2 medium egg (s)

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 16 biscuit (s) (oreo cookies), broken into pieces
  • 340 g chocolate (chocolate chips), or chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Mix the butter, white and brown sugar together until creamy.
  3. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract well. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Then slowly mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients until everything is well combined. Finally fold in pieces of oreo and chocolate chips.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread small balls of dough on it, leaving enough space between the cookies for them to rise.
  5. Bake for 7-9 minutes, until cooked but still soft.
  6. Take them out of the oven and let them cool down a little before removing them from the tray.
