Ingredients

  • 150 g cream
  • 40 g dark chocolate
  • 200 ml milk
  • 375 ml espresso

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff, grate the chocolate.
  2. Put the milk in a small saucepan, heat it up and whisk it up vigorously with a whisk so that the milk becomes very frothy.
  3. Pour coffee into cups and pour the frothed milk over them, put 2 tablespoons of cream on top of the milk froth.
  4. Decorate with grated chocolate and enjoy immediately.

  6. Preheat the cups in the oven at 50 degrees for about 10 minutes.
