  • 150 g block chocolate, bitter
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 25 g coffee powder
  • 500 ml boiling water
  • 2 tablespoon sherry
  • 125 ml heavy cream, whipped until stiff
  • some cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Heat the chocolate, cut into pieces, with milk and salt in a saucepan and dissolve in it while stirring.
  2. Prepare the coffee in a coffee machine or filtered by hand, mix with the hot drinking chocolate and sherry, pour into cups, put a cherry on top and dust with cocoa.
