Ingredients
- 200 g wheat flour
- 100 g mararine, vean
- 90 g suar
- 20 g vanilla suar
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon soy flour
- 3 tablespoon soy milk (soy drink) or other plant-based milk
- 125 g chocolate, vean, dark

- Put all ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl and stir together. Roughly chop the chocolate and fold into the batter.
- Pluck pieces from the dough, shape into balls, place on the baking sheet and press the balls down a little (works well with a glass).
- Bake at 150 ° C (convection, top / bottom heat: 165 ° C) for at least 25 minutes. Let cool down well so that the chocolate hardens again.
