- 250 g dark chocolate

- 250 g almond (s), round
- 100 g flour

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (hot air 160 ° C).
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Whisk the eggs for 4 minutes. Add sugar and stir. Let the melted butter with the chocolate cool down a little and add. Now stir in the almonds and flour.
- Brush a baking tray with fat and place the dough on it and smooth it out. Put the tray in the oven and bake the cake for 15 minutes.
- Then pour the melted couverture onto the still warm cake and decorate with almond flakes or colorful sugar sprinkles.
- Note: The dough does not rise much in the oven, but it is not dry, it is delicious, juicy with chocolate.
