Chocolate Hummus

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas – 100 Grams
  • Cocoa – 3-4 Art. spoons
  • Coconut oil – 4 Tbsp spoons
  • Vanilla Syrup – 1-2 Drops
  • Dates – 5-7 Pieces
  • Jerusalem artichoke syrup – 1/3 Cup

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Soak the chickpeas in water for 6-8 hours.
  3. Then boil the chickpeas until soft, about 35-40 minutes.
  4. Grind the chickpeas, dates, cocoa, melted coconut oil and Jerusalem artichoke syrup in a blender until smooth.
