Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it over the water bath - or in the microwave -. Then take it off the stove.
  2. Halve the marshmallows horizontally.
  3. Put the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl with the soft butter and then mix with the whisk of the mixer to a creamy mixture. Then stir in the egg and then the liquid chocolate. Important: save about 2 tablespoons of the chocolate for later decoration.
  4. Add the baking powder to the flour and mix the two together, then briefly stir into the previously prepared egg and chocolate mixture with a wooden spoon.
  5. Place 12 piles of dough on each of two baking sheets lined with baking paper and shape them into a round shape with a spoon. Cover each pile with a halved marshmallow. Then bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees, convection 150 degrees, for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Take the baked cookies out of the oven and let them cool down a bit, then decorate creatively with the retained liquid chocolate.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
