Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, dark
  • 6 large meringues, (meringues)
  • 0.5 liter ½ cream
  • Rum, at will

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy, add grated or chopped chocolate, crushed meringue and rum to taste, then fold in the whipped cream.
  2. Beat a loaf pan with foil and pour in the mixture, cover with the protruding foil and freeze in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
  3. Put in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
  4. Marinated strawberries or a strawberry sauce go well with it.
