Chocolate Muffin with Kefir

This simple recipe can be used to make a delicious chocolate cake. You do not need a huge amount of ingredients and they are sure to be found in any kitchen.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 8-10

Ingredients

  • Kefir – 350 Milliliters
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Sugar – 150 Grams
  • Baking dough – 10 Grams
  • Vanillin – 1 Gram
  • Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp
  • Flour – 400 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until a white foam appears.
  3. Add kefir and beat all over again.
  4. Add sifted flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
  5. Stir until smooth and pour the dough into a greased baking dish. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Allow the finished chocolate cake to cool slightly in the mold, then carefully remove and transfer to a plate.
  7. Decorate the cake with icing sugar or any favorite icing if you wish.
