Chocolate Muffins with Cherries

The combination of chocolate and cherry is unique. Desserts, sweets or pastries taste great. I propose a simple recipe for chocolate muffins, which will be complemented by frozen cherries, giving sourness and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Sugar – 100 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Sunflower oil – 80 Milliliters
  • Whole grain flour – 250 grams
  • Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp
  • Slaked Soda – 1 Pinch
  • Vanilla tincture – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Cherry – 200 Grams
  • Powdered sugar – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare the ingredients.
  2. Beat eggs with a mixer with sugar and salt.
  3. Add sunflower oil and vanilla tincture. We continue to beat until foamy.
  4. Pour a glass of flour.
  5. Add cocoa powder and soda quenched with vinegar, mix everything. Add the remaining flour in portions and mix. The dough should be fluid, but not runny.
  6. Put the chocolate dough into the molds halfway. Immerse the pitted cherries in the dough. We send the muffins to the preheated oven. We bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Cool the finished muffins and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. Chocolate muffins with cherries are ready.
